NATCOR

NATCOR has resources to support attendance at its courses by students whose doctoral work is supported by the EPSRC, this covers both travel and accommodation. Please make sure to choose the "EPSRC Funded Course with Accommodation" option when you register to take advantage of the free accommodation.

Accommodation

Bed and breakfast in mixed sex standard accommodation will be provided from Monday to Thursday inclusive. Where en-suite accommodation cannot be offered as standard, this can be requested for an additional £60 fee. Please note that students will be charged directly for this. En-suite accommodation is limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Travel

Travel costs to the venue will be reimbursed, however please note the following:

• Where possible, public transport should be used
• If travelling via rail, bookings should be made using a student rail card
• If travelling via rail a "saver return" or equivalent should be purchased
• Only travel claims with accompanying receipts will be reimbursed
